Pre and Post Workout Meal
Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup hemp seeds
- 2/3 cup cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp date sugar
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 heaping scoop of Vanilla protein
