  • 20g cashews
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • some pumpkin spice (cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, allspice)
  • 1tbsp vanilla protein (optional)
  • 500ml plant milk
