Salad with Avocado and Chickpea

Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas
  • Greens to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 cherry tomatoes

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp chili peppers
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Slice avocado, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

  2. Put in a plate, add chickpeas, greens and hemp seeds.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate dish.

  4. Pour the sauce over the salad and stir well.

  5. Enjoy your meal.
