Salad with Avocado and Chickpea
Ingredients
- Canned chickpeas
- Greens to taste
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 5 cherry tomatoes
Sauce
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp chili peppers
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Slice avocado, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Put in a plate, add chickpeas, greens and hemp seeds.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate dish.
Pour the sauce over the salad and stir well.
