Simple Vegan Basil Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
- 200-300ml olive oil (depending on thickness preference)
- 400g basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
