Anzac Day Inspired Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- raspberries
- blackberries
- strawberries
- mint leaves
- coconut water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 banana
- few cherry tomatoes
- handful toasted muesli mix
Preparation
Mix raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and mint leaves in coconut water.
Add 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 banana, a few cherry tomatoes, and a handful of toasted muesli mix.
Aim to create a color similar to a poppy flower for Anzac Day commemoration.
