Anzac Day Inspired Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • mint leaves
  • coconut water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana
  • few cherry tomatoes
  • handful toasted muesli mix

Preparation

  1. Mix raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and mint leaves in coconut water.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 banana, a few cherry tomatoes, and a handful of toasted muesli mix.
