Ingredients

  • 1 large green kale leaf, without the stalk
  • 1 small handful fresh broccoli
  • 1 stick fresh celery
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (I got mine from )
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (I used )
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1-2 dates, depending on how sweet you like it
  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk, depending on how rich you like it. I love
