- 1 small handful fresh broccoli
- 1 stick fresh celery
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (I got mine from )
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (I used )
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1-2 dates, depending on how sweet you like it
