Smoothiebowls
Ingredients
- 40g of chia seeds
- 300g almond milk
- 50g of xylit or erythrit
- 2 frozen bananas
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 30g of protein powder of choice ?
Preparation
Let the chia seeds soak in the almond milk for about 15min and stir in sweetener of choice
Blend the raspberries, bananas together with a bit of almond milk and add the protein powder
Now first pour the chia seeds into the glass and then add the nice cream on top
If you have a little heart cookie cutter you can make little hearts out of bananas for decoration
Pink flowers and frozen berries will give this dish its final touch
