Smoothiebowls

Ingredients

  • 40g of chia seeds
  • 300g almond milk
  • 50g of xylit or erythrit
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 30g of protein powder of choice ?

Preparation

  1. Let the chia seeds soak in the almond milk for about 15min and stir in sweetener of choice

  2. Blend the raspberries, bananas together with a bit of almond milk and add the protein powder

  3. Now first pour the chia seeds into the glass and then add the nice cream on top

  4. If you have a little heart cookie cutter you can make little hearts out of bananas for decoration

  5. Pink flowers and frozen berries will give this dish its final touch
