Tasty Vegan Collard Greens Slow Cooker Dish
Ingredients
- 3 bunches of Collard Greens
- 16 oz water
- Favorite seasonings (Pink Himalayan Salt or seasoning salt, black pepper, Trader Joe’s 21 Seasonings)
- Smoked paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon - Vegetable
- 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
- 1 capful Apple Cider Vinegar
- Optional: fresh onions and peppers
Preparation
Remove stems from collard greens, cut, and clean properly.
Add all ingredients to a crockpot set to high.
Cook for 4 hours on high.
After 60-90 minutes, check and stir the greens.
If needed, add an additional 8 oz of water.
