Buffalo Chickpea Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3-4 tbsp franks red hot buffalo sauce
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp corn starch
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan at the same time and bring sauce to a low simmer
Stir and allow to thicken, about 5 minutes
Set aside and assemble tacos
Feel free to use your own ingredients inside
If you need some inspo, these are with 3 corn tortillas and stuffed with spring mix, sauted mushrooms, shredded brussel sprouts, avocado, extra minced red onion and red pepper for extra heat
