Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3-4 tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp corn starch
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan at the same time and bring to a low simmer.
Stir and allow to thicken for about 5 minutes.
Set aside and assemble the tacos
