Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 3-4 tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 red onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp corn starch

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan at the same time and bring to a low simmer.

  2. Stir and allow to thicken for about 5 minutes.

  3. Set aside and assemble the tacos
