Just mash up a box of firm tofu, and add to a greased pan along with 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of black salt* (key ingredient!), and regular salt and pepper. Fry over low heat for 5 minutes and you’re done ? tastes just like real eggs
