Vegan Cookie Dough Loaf
Ingredients
- 2.5c @bobsredmill chickpea flour .
- 1c @perrier sparking water (unflavored) .
- 1/4c @traderjoes raw creamy almond butter (she used cashew) .
- 1/2c maple syrup .
- • Vegan chocolate chip
Preparation
Using sparking water in a vegan recipe is a genius move and I’m definitely trying that more often
I wouldn’t say this taste like cookie dough bread but I do think it taste good (probably better with a bit more sugar or maple syrup, but that’s just me?)
I still think chickpea flour is a better savory option, but I love the added protein it gives. I think the taste and texture would be better with oat flour
