Vegan Fry-Up with Tofu and Beans
Ingredients
- a box of firm tofu
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- regular salt and pepper
Bean components
- passata
- chopped garlic
- onion
- paprika
- cayenne pepper
- maple syrup
- butter beans
Preparation
Mash a box of firm tofu.
Add to a greased pan along with 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp black salt, salt, and pepper.
Fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
Combine passata, chopped garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and butter beans in a pot.
Stew the bean mixture for 20 minutes.
