Vegan Napa Cabbage Wraps with Fresh Dip

Ingredients

  • Napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • Half of a jalapeño
  • Handful of cilantro
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Pinch of cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp agave
  • 0.5 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 0.5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp water if needed

Preparation

  1. Steam the napa cabbage for 5 minutes.

  2. In a food processor, combine all the wrap ingredients.

  3. In a blender, combine all the dip ingredients to make the dip.
