Vegan Napa Cabbage Wraps with Fresh Dip
Ingredients
- Napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup zucchini
- 1 cup tomatoes
- Half of a jalapeño
- Handful of cilantro
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- Pinch of cumin
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp agave
- 0.5 tbsp tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 0.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup red cabbage
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp water if needed
Preparation
Steam the napa cabbage for 5 minutes.
In a food processor, combine all the wrap ingredients.
In a blender, combine all the dip ingredients to make the dip.
