2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Melt 100g dark chocolate and using about half the choc, cover the bottom of 8 cupcake cases pushing slightly up the side then place in the freezer for 10mins

  2. Dollop a small amount of peanut butter in the middle of each chocolate case, I used @manilife_ (it’s my new fave?) {gifted} then place back in the freezer for 20mins then using the rest of the melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter and freeze again for 10mins before eating! Keep in the fridge and enjoy? You could also fill these with Biscoff too
