Birthday Cake Flavored Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 45g Mornflake oatbran
- 4 tbsp natural fat free yogurt
- 1 tbsp NKD Living erythritol granulated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Moroccan almond extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Sicilian lemon extract
- 10g Shire bakery rainbow jimmies
Toppings
- 1 tbsp Tesco food raspberry coulis
- Lindahls UK kvarg vanilla
- Moroccan almond extract
- 14g Callebaut chocolate white couverture chocolate
Preparation
Mix all base ingredients and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes in a silicone heart mould.
Mix raspberry coulis, kvarg vanilla, and Moroccan almond extract, then pipe it.
Melt white couverture chocolate and pour into the reverse well of the cake mould.
