Birthday Cake Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops @ritual protein
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except sprinkles together in a bowl.

  2. Stir in the sprinkles to the mixture.

  3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  4. Place the protein bites on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to firm up.

  6. Once firm, transfer the protein bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
