Blueberry Chia Pudding


  • 1. 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2. 1 cup of milk of almond milk
  • 3. 1tsp coconut sugar (or stevia for sugar-free version)
  • 4. 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 5. 1/2 tsp vanilla


  1. Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl and stir in chia seeds and mix well

  3. Place in the fridge to soak until gooey

  4. Stir until smooth and creamy before serving

  5. Decorate with fresh blueberries or seasonal fruit
