Brownies

Ingredients

  • Make flax eggs by combining 2 tbsp flaxseed meal with 6 tbsp water. Let thicken for 15 min
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350° & line 9 inch brownie pan with parchment paper
  • 3. Process sugar in food processor until it becomes fine. Add in black beans and nut butter and process til smooth
  • 4. Add in flax eggs, cacao powder, espresso, vanilla, baking powder, sea salt, and process til smooth
  • 5. Add 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and mix them by hand. Pour batter into baking dish and smooth the top. Top with remaining chocolate chips and nuts if desired
  • 6. Bake for 25-30 min
