Cheats Vegan Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of @drinksomaco oat milk
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce/ dairy free yogurt of choice
  • 1/2 cup vegan icing/frosting
  • 1 cup of dairy free chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Grease a cake tin or pan

  3. Mix the milk and applesauce/ sub yogurt with the cake mix

  4. Add to pans and cook about 5/6 mins less than box instructions

  5. You want the cake to be set, but not overcooked

  6. Let cool

  7. Once cooled, beat the cake and icing until combined

  8. You might need to add some mylk if you’ve overcooked (as i learnt ??)

  9. Chill in the fridge, covered, for an hour or two/ overnight

  10. Freezer for 10-15 mins

  11. Roll into balls in the size you’d like

  12. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the balls or dip them in the chocolate
