Choc Peanut Caramel Slice
Ingredients
- for the base:
- 1/3 cup dates ▪️1/4 cup desiccated coconut ▪️1/4 cup choc protein (i used @macr0mike) ▪️3 tbs almond milk
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs buckinis (optional)
- for the caramel:
- 1/4 cup dates ▪️1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbs coconut yoghurt ▪️1 tbs coconut oil
- peanuts (optional)
- for the chocolate top:
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Preparation
Blend dates until smooth
Stir through remaining base ingredients
Press into tray/moulds and put in the freezer to set
Blend caramel ingredients (except peanuts) until smooth
Pour on top of base and press in peanuts
Put back in the freezer
In a bowl stir together chocolate topping ingredients and pour over set caramel
These are best stored in the freezer as they get very melty/gooey very quickly
