Chocolate Coconut


  • 2 cups of oats
  • 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of cashew butter
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • for the topping-
  • 200g of vegan dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (melted)


  1. Melt in a heated saucepan the cashew butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Once completely melted and combined, pour into a bowl with the oats and coconut. Line a dish with baking paper and put the combined mixture into the dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes

  2. Allow to cool, then melt the chocolate over the flapjack and leave to cool in the fridge. Enjoy
