Crispy Gluten Free Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon ground chia or flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- pinch sea salt
- make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and add:
- 2 1/2 cups non dairy milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons date paste, maple syrup, or coconut sugar
- 2 1/2 cups non dairy milk

Preparation
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredient
Mix until well combined. Following your waffle maker's direction, using about 1/2 cup batter per waffle. Cook until crispy and delicious
Note: Don’t taste the batter! If you taste the batter you may be thrown off by the flavor of the chickpea flour, but I promise it goes away as it cooks
