Decadent Brownie Baked Oats Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (choc honeycomb flavor from @macr0mike)
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 cup Nut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Chocolate Chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until a smooth batter is formed.

  3. Pour the batter into a loaf tin.

  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

  7. Slice and serve.
