Easy Chocolate-Coated Mandarins with Almond Flakes

Ingredients

  • Mandarins
  • Almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Mix together 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 3 tbsp maple syrup, and 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder to make raw chocolate.

  2. Dip mandarin slices in the raw chocolate.

  3. Then dip them in almond flakes, using not too much to keep it FODMAP-friendly.

  4. Place in the fridge and let set for a few minutes.

  5. Enjoy.
