Easy Peasy Choc-Coated Mandarins


  • chocolate
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder


  1. Dip mandarin slices in raw chocolate, then dip them in almond flakes (not too much to keep it FODMAP-friendly)

  2. Place in a fridge and let set a few minutes
