Easy Chocolate-Coated Mandarins with Almond Flakes
Ingredients
- Mandarins
- Almond flakes
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Preparation
Mix together 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 3 tbsp maple syrup, and 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder to make raw chocolate.
Dip mandarin slices in the raw chocolate.
Then dip them in almond flakes, using not too much to keep it FODMAP-friendly.
Place in the fridge and let set for a few minutes.
