Easy Peasy Choc-Coated Mandarins
Ingredients
- chocolate
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Preparation
Dip mandarin slices in raw chocolate, then dip them in almond flakes (not too much to keep it FODMAP-friendly)
Place in a fridge and let set a few minutes
