Power Pack Three-Layer Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • banana
  • kale
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • feijoa
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • some toasted granola
  • spinach
  • kiwifruit
  • cucumber
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • avocado
  • banana
  • organic coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp wheat grass powder
  • chia seeds
  • coconut water
  • favorite seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend the dark green layer ingredients (banana, kale, 1 granny smith apple, feijoa, 1 tsp spirulina, and some toasted granola) until smooth

  2. Blend the middle green layer ingredients (spinach, kiwifruit, cucumber, and 1 tsp matcha) until smooth

  3. Blend the top layer ingredients (avocado, banana, organic coconut yogurt, and 1 tsp wheat grass powder) until smooth

  4. Soak chia seeds in coconut water for a few minutes to create a gel-like consistency

  5. Layer the blended mixtures in a glass, starting with the dark green layer, followed by the middle green layer, and then the top layer

  6. Top the smoothie with favorite seeds for added crunch and nutrition
