Protein Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1cup of chickpea flour (or any)
  • 2 scoops protein powder (I used @pranaon salted caramel)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • crushes hazelnuts and macadamia nuts
  • plant milk
  • 2 dates
  • rice syrup (or any other sweetener)
  • dark choc chips

Preparation

  1. Blend bananas, milk, dates and syrup in a blender until smooth

  2. To a bowl add flour, baking soda and protein powder

  3. Combine blender mix with the flour. You want the consistency to be abit thicker then pancake batter

  4. Add nuts and choc and fold through

  5. Spoon mixture into a muffin tray and cook at 200 degrees for around 20 minutes. Do the knife test to see if they’re ready :)

  6. I have mine with almond butter
