Vanilla Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 fresh ripe mangoes
- 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
- 3 passionfruits
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- juice of 1/2 a lime
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients until smooth
Transfer to an icecream maker and churn for 40 minutes
Serve with some more passionfruit on top
