Vanilla Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh ripe mangoes
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 3 passionfruits
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • juice of 1/2 a lime

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth

  2. Transfer to an icecream maker and churn for 40 minutes

  3. Serve with some more passionfruit on top
