Vegan Bounty Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 200g soft dried dates
- 30g baking cocoa
- 40g coconut flour
- 20g desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 90ml coconut milk
Coconut filling
- 40ml liquid coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons coconut milk powder
- 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Preparation
Mix all the main ingredients evenly in a food processor.
For the coconut filling, mix all ingredients with a small whisk and refrigerate for 5 minutes to allow the cream to set.
Shape the dark dough into flat balls.
Shape the filling into small balls.
Place a filling ball in the middle of each dark dough flat ball and shape into a complete ball.
Let the balls cool for 2 hours.
