Vegan Bounty Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 200g soft dried dates
  • 30g baking cocoa
  • 40g coconut flour
  • 20g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 90ml coconut milk

Coconut filling

  • 40ml liquid coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk powder
  • 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix all the main ingredients evenly in a food processor.

  2. For the coconut filling, mix all ingredients with a small whisk and refrigerate for 5 minutes to allow the cream to set.

  3. Shape the dark dough into flat balls.

  4. Shape the filling into small balls.

  5. Place a filling ball in the middle of each dark dough flat ball and shape into a complete ball.

  6. Let the balls cool for 2 hours.
