Vegan Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 medium overripe Bananas
  • 1 cup vegan milk
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Regular sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Smash the bananas in a bowl.

  2. Add all the liquid ingredients and mix.

  3. Sift all the dry ingredients and mix into the batter.

  4. Add the chocolate chips and fold, then pour into a baking dish. Top with any nuts, seeds, and chocolate of your choice (optional).

  5. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
