Vegan Chocolate Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 3 medium overripe Bananas
- 1 cup vegan milk
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Regular sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Preparation
Smash the bananas in a bowl.
Add all the liquid ingredients and mix.
Sift all the dry ingredients and mix into the batter.
Add the chocolate chips and fold, then pour into a baking dish. Top with any nuts, seeds, and chocolate of your choice (optional).
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm and enjoy.
