Vegan Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1) full fat coconut milk - 14 oz (full fat is essential for creaminess)
  • 2) probiotics - 3 capsules

Preparation

  1. Pour coconut milk into a clean glass jar or bowl

  2. Twist open your probiotic capsules and mix in with a plastic, wooden or ceramic spoon

  3. Cover the bowl or jar with a cheesecloth or paper towel and secure with an elastic band

  4. Set aside container in a warm spot that is out of direct sunlight for 48 hours

  5. Move the container to your fridge and allow to chill and thicken for 12 hours

  6. Enjoy!

  7. Tip: there are multiple possibilities with this treat! we like fresh berries and muesli
