Vegan Coconut Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1) full fat coconut milk - 14 oz (full fat is essential for creaminess)
- 2) probiotics - 3 capsules
Preparation
Pour coconut milk into a clean glass jar or bowl
Twist open your probiotic capsules and mix in with a plastic, wooden or ceramic spoon
Cover the bowl or jar with a cheesecloth or paper towel and secure with an elastic band
Set aside container in a warm spot that is out of direct sunlight for 48 hours
Move the container to your fridge and allow to chill and thicken for 12 hours
Enjoy!
Tip: there are multiple possibilities with this treat! we like fresh berries and muesli
