Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 350g silken tofu
  • 100g @super_vegan_fitness Breakfast Carob & Hazelnut
  • 70g pure maple syrup
  • 50g @super_vegan_fitness Hazelnut Butter
  • 35g @iswariireland_uk Cacao Powder
  • 50ml plant-based milk
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries, defrosted
  • Chocolate shavings, chopped hazelnuts for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the mousse to a blender or food processor and blend for a few minutes until completely smooth and creamy.

  2. Mash the raspberries with a fork and add them to the bottom of your serving jars.

  3. Spoon the chocolate mousse on top and garnish with chocolate shavings and chopped hazelnuts.

  4. Serve straight away or chill for a couple of hours in the fridge before serving.
