3-Ingredient Vegan Protein Crepes
Ingredients
- 70g plain flour
- 30g dark chocolate vegan blend (or use vanilla)
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix the plain flour, dark chocolate vegan blend (or vanilla), unsweetened almond milk, and baking powder together in a bowl.
Whip the mixture until well combined and smooth.
Heat a non-stick ceramic frying pan over medium heat.
Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan, swirling it to create a thin crepe.
Cook the crepe for a couple of minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
Carefully flip the crepe and cook the other side for another minute or so.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, making additional crepes.
Once cooked, roll the crepes and top them with your favorite toppings.
