Adobo Roasted Chickpeas for Nourish Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1-2 tsp adobo (I used @eatloisa)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
Set oven to 400F.
Add chickpeas to a bowl and pat dry with a clean towel.
Add seasonings and soy sauce and toss to fully coat chickpeas.
Add chickpeas to a baking sheet and place in oven for 25-30 minutes, making sure to turn chickpeas halfway at the 15 minute mark.
Once chickpeas finish baking, allow to cool fully then enjoy.
