Adobo Roasted Chickpeas for Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 tsp adobo (I used @eatloisa)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Set oven to 400F.

  2. Add chickpeas to a bowl and pat dry with a clean towel.

  3. Add seasonings and soy sauce and toss to fully coat chickpeas.

  4. Add chickpeas to a baking sheet and place in oven for 25-30 minutes, making sure to turn chickpeas halfway at the 15 minute mark.

  5. Once chickpeas finish baking, allow to cool fully then enjoy.
