Carrot and Zucchini Spaghetti with Beet Ketchup

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Zucchini
  • Ghee
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 cooked beets
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Make spaghetti from carrots and zucchini using Juice Expert 5.

  2. Cook the spaghetti in a pan with ghee, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper for a few minutes.

  3. For the beet ketchup, blend 2 cooked beets with lemon juice, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper for a few minutes.
