Cashew Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked (for at least 2 hours or more)
- 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water (depending on desired consistency)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Nutritional yeast
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Pepper to taste
How to steps
Drain your cashews and add all ingredients to the blender (adding more or less water to desired texture- I like mine similar to a ricotta texture). Blend and enjoy
