Cheesy Tapioca Chipa

Ingredients

  • 1 kg tapioca flour
  • 500 gr mozzarella cheese
  • 300 gr parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a pot, bring the milk, oil, salt, and butter to a boil.

  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and add tapioca flour, mozzarella cheese, and eggs. Transfer the dough to a clean countertop and knead well.

  4. Shape the chipa and place them on a baking tray.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes. You can leave them in the turned-off oven for an extra 5 minutes to finish browning.
