Cheesy Tapioca Chipa
Ingredients
- 1 kg tapioca flour
- 500 gr mozzarella cheese
- 300 gr parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a pot, bring the milk, oil, salt, and butter to a boil.
Once boiling, remove from heat and add tapioca flour, mozzarella cheese, and eggs. Transfer the dough to a clean countertop and knead well.
Shape the chipa and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes. You can leave them in the turned-off oven for an extra 5 minutes to finish browning.
