Chia Seed Parfait with Spices

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp immunity blend
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 5 TBS chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well to combine

  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and sets

  3. Serve chilled, optionally layered with fruits or toppings if desired
