Chia Seed Parfait with Spices
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp immunity blend
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- 5 TBS chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well to combine
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and sets
Serve chilled, optionally layered with fruits or toppings if desired
