  • 15g organic fair trade cacao powder
  • 340g water
  • 9 g sea salt
  • 92 g 100% hydration starter

Preparation

  1. 4 hrs bulk fermentation (5 folds), added cherries before final shaping. 1 hr room temp proof and the rest in the fridge
