Crispy Jackfruit Fritters

Ingredients

  • dehydrated jackfruit: 100 g rehydrated and drained
  • potatoes: 2 boiled and peeled
  • coriander: 1 c
  • coconut yogurt: 3 t
  • mustard: 1 t
  • pepper: 2 t
  • salt: 2 t
  • chickpea flour: 1 t
  • olive oil to fry

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend

  2. Shape into fritters and fry
