Dark Chocolate, Avo & Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- thumb of ginger
- 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- half an avocado
Preparation
Soak 1/2 cup oats
Meanwhile blend half an ?, thumb of ginger, 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder, 1 cup plant ? , 1/2 ? & ? and 1 tbsp peanut butter
Rinse oats, add 1 tbsp flax and chia & cook in smoothie mixture
