Dark Chocolate, Avo & Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • thumb of ginger
  • 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • half an avocado

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/2 cup oats

  2. Meanwhile blend half an ?, thumb of ginger, 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder, 1 cup plant ? , 1/2 ? & ? and 1 tbsp peanut butter

  3. Rinse oats, add 1 tbsp flax and chia & cook in smoothie mixture
