Dark Chocolate Avocado Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- half an avocado
- thumb of ginger
- 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flax and chia
Toppings
- dark chocolate
- squishy dates
- fruits and nuts
- coconut yogurt
- cacao nibs
- nut butter
Preparation
Soak 1/2 cup oats.
Meanwhile, blend half an avocado, a thumb of ginger, 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder, 1 cup plant milk, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
Rinse the oats, add 1 tablespoon flax and chia, and cook in the smoothie mixture.
Add desired toppings and serve.
