Easy Honey Mustard Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 Brussels sprout stalk or 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons @thefullolive whole grain honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons @thefullolive Argentinian olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
If using a Brussels sprout stalk, use scissors to cut off each sprout, then rinse and dry the sprouts.
In a bowl, mix together the whole grain honey mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle half of the honey mustard sauce over the sprouts, and toss to coat evenly.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until charred and tender.
Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts with the remaining honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.
