Easy Honey Mustard Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 Brussels sprout stalk or 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons @thefullolive whole grain honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons @thefullolive Argentinian olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. If using a Brussels sprout stalk, use scissors to cut off each sprout, then rinse and dry the sprouts.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the whole grain honey mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.

  4. Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle half of the honey mustard sauce over the sprouts, and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer.

  6. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until charred and tender.

  7. Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts with the remaining honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.
