Fig Peach Blues Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 heaping cups (big glass measuring cup) of blues
- sliced peaches and sliced figs
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup gf flour blend
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- healthy pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 and grease a cast iron or 8inch pan
Measure out 4 heaping cups (big glass measuring cup) of blues, sliced peaches and sliced figs
I sliced about 6 figs, 4 peaches and the rest were blues
CRUMBLE>> 1 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup gf flour blend, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, healthy pinch of salt
Mix everything together until we’ll combined
Place fruit in bottom of cast iron, top with crumble and bake for 40-45 minutes until brown and crispy on top
Serve with icecream or coconut whip
