Fig Peach Blues Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 heaping cups (big glass measuring cup) of blues
  • sliced peaches and sliced figs
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup gf flour blend
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • healthy pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease a cast iron or 8inch pan

  2. Measure out 4 heaping cups (big glass measuring cup) of blues, sliced peaches and sliced figs

  3. I sliced about 6 figs, 4 peaches and the rest were blues

  4. CRUMBLE>> 1 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup gf flour blend, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, healthy pinch of salt

  5. Mix everything together until we’ll combined

  6. Place fruit in bottom of cast iron, top with crumble and bake for 40-45 minutes until brown and crispy on top

  7. Serve with icecream or coconut whip
