Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes then remove from stove once thick and creamy

  3. Pour into serving bowl and top as desired
