Ingredients
- Sunflower seeds soaked for 4 hours
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- Red onion
- Lime juice
- Curly lettuce
- Fresh chives
- Basil
- Olive oil for drizzling
Preparation
Wash all vegetables and herbs
Chop the tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and lettuce into bite-sized pieces
Drain the soaked sunflower seeds
