Green Matcha Mushroom Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha Mushroom Blend
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein (e.g., Amazing Grass GLOW vegan collagen)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 of one Medjool date
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • a few chunks frozen mango
  • a giant handful of spinach
  • tiny pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation
