High Protein Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 big handful chopped frozen peaches
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pre-steamed butternut squash (can skip if not available)
  • 2 scoops @sproutliving vanilla Lucuma plant protein
  • 2 scoops @vitalproteins marine collagen
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp @yoursuperfoods super greens
  • 1/2 tbsp goji berries
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Dash of turmeric
  • A lot of cinnamon
  • 1 cup filtered water

Preparation

  1. Blend all the listed ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour the blended mixture over plant-based probiotic yogurt.

  3. Enjoy the smoothie.

Tips

  1. Add warming foods like pineapple, peaches, banana, papaya, lemon, orange, apricots, or cherries to aid digestion in smoothies.

  2. Incorporate spices such as turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, or clove to help digest raw fruits and vegetables.
