Easy Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber, frozen and peeled
  • 1/4 pear, frozen
  • vanilla Lucuma sprouted plant protein
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup filtered water or nut milk

Optional additions

  • nut butter or coconut oil (optional)

Toppings

  • go_raw sprouted granola
  • coconut
  • goji berries

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth

  2. Add toppings and serve
