Homemade Vegan Cashew Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients

  • 130g cashews (soaked or cashewbutter)
  • 100 ml water or 130g plantbased yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender until totally smooth.
