Homemade Vegan Cashew Sour Cream Dip
Ingredients
- 130g cashews (soaked or cashewbutter)
- 100 ml water or 130g plantbased yoghurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp yeast flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender until totally smooth.
