Homemade Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegan yogurt (oat yogurt used)
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt or to taste
Preparation
Soak the cashews in water overnight.
Drain the cashews.
Add the drained cashews and the rest of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese on toast or bagels.
