Homemade Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegan yogurt (oat yogurt used)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt or to taste

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in water overnight.

  2. Drain the cashews.

  3. Add the drained cashews and the rest of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Spread the cream cheese on toast or bagels.
